Governor
Dean is the best choice for chairman of the DNC. I say that without
reservation. Governor Dean has the vision and the voice for a party
that has somehow lost its vitality. He brought to the Presidential
table the real issues. He was able to put his finger on what mattered.
Unfortunately, Senator Kerry was unable to articulate the issues in a
sincere way and lost.
Gov. Dean is credited with
mobilizing a great grass roots effort. While that certainly is true,
the grass roots effort will continue and become an organized effort
under his leadership. He has the ability to do that like no other. As a
former resident of Vermont, I can tell you that a more independent lot
exists nowhere else. But, Gov. Dean was able to pull the people
together, unify them, and get major things accomplished. In a state
that has a socialist representative, a democratic Senator and a
formerly republican Senator, that is no small feat. And, he is loved by
the Vermont people. That should tell us something!
I support Governor Dean. We need his leadership in the DNC.

Dean has inspired me more than almost any other politician in recent
times. His no-nonsense approach to everything is refreshing, to say the
least. Hearing him talk about the future of the Democratic Party on
C-SPAN confirmed my respect for him once again.
Howard Dean has
my full support for DNC Chariman. It's time for real, and realistic,
change and he is the man to make it happen. Party business as usual is
no longer an option.
For me, Dean is the man to help the party
recover from its most unfortunate showing in the November elections,
and to help me get-over my disgust and despair. You can expect much
more support from me for the Party with Dean as chairman.

is no better man for the job than Howard Dean for DNC Chair . He is a
mover and a shaker and he inspires people to act not just talk He is a
true leader He has new and fresh ideas for the democratic party .
Governor Dean is admired by both young and old and he has a desire to
make a change for the better for the democratic party who are so in
need of a positive change. He is the clear cut candidate to endorse
without a doubt, he has vision and is willing to work hard to make
things happen. Give him a chance to show you what he can do, he awoke a
desire in me to get excited about politics and what can be accomplished
with the right person in charge

Dean inspired passion and confidence in millions of Americans last
year, many of who had never participated in politics before. I was one
of them.
Out of all the leading Democrats out there, flapping
in the wind, Dean's message has been firm and consistent, and he does
not flinch or run from his statements. His values reflect very closely
my own. They are values of inclusion, compassion, and fiscal
responsibility.
His strong will and mind, not to mention his fund-raising savvy, are exactly what the Democratic Party need.

would like to submit my formal endorsement of Howard Dean to be elected
the new Chair of the Democratic National Committee. Despite his failed
attempt to win the Democratic nomination for President, Dr. Dean and
his supporters energized the party and put the party back on track. I
have no doubt that his candidancy would have better fostered debate on
the serious issues and exposed the weaknesses in his opponent's
positions. Dr. Dean's enthusiasm and modern, progressive message has
inspired millions to join a political process that has so often been
un-inspiring. People who used to lay dormant are now engaged and
motivated to contribute. I believe this is the type of leadership the
Democratic party needs going forward. I am confident that Dr. Dean can
continue to lead, inspire, and motivate voters of all ages and
backgrounds.
