IRAQ WAR TWO YEARS OLD! WHAT DO WE DO NEXT?
Dear Friend,
You are invited to a forum this Saturday, March 19 at 2:00 p.m. on the Iraq War. The forum is co-hosted by NJ for Democracy and Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. and is being held at Bloomfield College.
What: Forum on the Iraq War
When: Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.
Where: Bloomfield College, located in Bloomfield, NJ - Science
Building, 171 Liberty Street, Room 0-16 Lecture Hall (Parking lot on Liberty Street)
This Saturday marks the two-year anniversary of Bush's
Iraq War. This week, Congress votes on an $81 billion war
supplemental, but the bill includes no oversight and no way to account
for where the funds are spent. Instead, we are faced with a
constant barrage of stories of war profiteering and troops who don't
have the supplies they need. Why isn't Congress holding Bush
accountable for his mismanagement of the war? Join Frank for a
discussion on these questions and other issues surrounding the Iraq War.
We
are anticipating that Senator Frank Lautenberg will be joining
us. We are planning to have other speakers as well. We will
update you as more information is available.
Rob Timmins, Member of Operation Truth and an Iraq War veteran will be speaking to us. http://www.optruth.org

Hope to see you this Saturday!
Sincerely,
Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr.
